Eight Tones
Inspired by his Endless Loop series, Liu deconstructs, distorts, and reconstructs traditional eight-tone scales into an abstract audio-visual experience. Using techniques reminiscent of “borrowing scenery” from classical gardens, Liu blends rigid and soft elements, making invisible energies tangible.
