ArtDepot is honored to announce the opening of Zhang Zhanzhan's solo exhibition Let Love and Freedom Drifted with the Wind on July 20, 2025, this showcase features over ten paintings created between 2024 and 2025. The exhibition will last until August 17, 2025.

When I first saw Lin Tianlu's works, I was amazed at the artist's delicate and smooth brushstrokes. The countless lines on the canvas came together, transforming the "thousands of green silk ribbons hanging down" mentioned by the ancients into Lin Tianlu's own artistic language. Especially in the "Velvet Flower" series, which has been gaining popularity in recent years, Lin Tianlu's gentle and superb painting skills on the screen are also his unique contemporary art language. Lin Tianlu uses flowers as a carrier and platform, and combines his painting skills with them at will, creating a detached and comfortable "Lin Tianlu Velvet Flower" series. In Lin Tianlu's solo exhibition "Slowly Approaching", the "Flower Fairy" series that appeared for the first time is the artist's continuation and elevation of the theme of "flowers". Based on the anatomical analysis of a large number of plant atlases, it is once again transformed into his own handy creative "parts". At the same time, he confidently uses these "parts" to pay high tribute to the great art predecessors.

The sound wave traditional Chinese painting series exhibited this time marks Du Kun's bold shift towards music, which is surprising. These works are different from previous series in both form and theme. Although they resemble traditional Chinese ink paintings, the shapes of "landscapes" here are defined by the wavelength data of music, with rugged mountain peaks representing the peaks of sound waves.
